Bookings must be made in advance and require payment at the time of reservation. Prices are listed in USD, and all payments are processed securely. By booking, you agree to provide accurate information and authorize the specified charges.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Please contact our mail for any cancellation or rescheduling requests.

3. Safety and Responsibility
While MysticMaps prioritizes your safety, participants acknowledge the inherent risks of adventure tours. MysticMaps is not liable for injuries or accidents during tours. Participants agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by tour guides.

All content on the MysticMaps website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of MysticMaps and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability
MysticMaps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
